This is a class that came through during a recent private session. This is an ideal sequence to find an entry point into knee pain or degeneration. If you have a knee issue, you can return to this class often and use it as "homework" in addition to regular classes twice or thrice weekly. It's always important to address the whole body, even when we need a few shapes to target a specific issue. You may even use a couple of variations on flexion and extension if you are short on time. But please make time for yourself.
