Buckle up—we're going deep. Or maybe I should say, "Unbuckle" and let the restrictions go. Keep your practice simple and listen to the feedback along the way. Throughout the class, the focus is on flexion of the spine and hips. Don't be surprised if you walk away with some muscle soreness in your lower back. It could show up later today or tomorrow, resulting from the attention and deep release we go for in the thoracolumbar fascia that I mention in the standing shape at the wall.
