This video covers slightly more advanced Avita shapes to help with foot mobility. Remember, where there is sufficient movement, there is health. But in the long-term, movement is not enough. Come back to these exercises and other Avita classes to keep introducing healing pressure to your bones and joints. At first, it will seem strange and contradictory, but stay with it, and you will be pleasantly surprised by the results you gain. Don't be discouraged if shapes don't come easy. It's a sign that your body needs Avita Yoga. Go slow, be consistent and take it easy.
