Enjoy this short practice for hips and shoulders while I share additional insights about how to get the most from Avita Yoga. 

Series 5.0 came in with the inspiration to teach and practice simultaneously. I can share my personal experience along the way, and many find the demonstration and variations on shapes are more concise. 

Like the other series, there is no order of difficulty, and we sequentially progress through all the body parts. The variation in class length makes it easy to fit into your schedule and drop into practice. Each week contains four classes: 30-minute, 45-minute, and two 60-minute classes, one of which is Orange. You can expect fantastic results if you pace yourself, listen carefully to the cues, and develop consistent practice.
