This class was inspired by a question asked by Dave Peterson in the Avita Community Chat. Internal rotation is an important movement to keep arthritis and degeneration at bay. It's very important to pace yourself and avoid any evaluation or judgment. I talk you through lots of detail here and provide ways for almost anyone to find their way into healing and helpful shapes. Level 1 Green classes make up most of the Avita practice. It's where most need to start to get the best results. Neither the body nor the mind is overwhelmed, allowing the soothing pressure to induce the body's natural healing process. You will come to know it as a helpful, healing sensation. With a bit of time and practice, you may be drawn to the Avita Orange classes.

Avita Yoga® brings areas of conflict and rigidity to light where it is resolved. It is a sustainable practice that generates long-term results with more freedom in the body and more peace of mind. If you've ever thought that you are too stiff for yoga, then Avita is for you. The goal is simple: to remain healthy, mobile, and happy as long as possible. Avita Yoga is a results-driven practice, ideally three to four times per week. It works for students of all ages, abilities, and degrees of mobility. Some practice daily, but start slow and pace yourself. Avita is the yoga for a lifetime.
