I'm visiting my mom and sister for Easter today, so please enjoy this class I taught on Easter Sunday a couple of years ago. I understand we don't all celebrate the same holidays. In spirit, I aim to celebrate them ALL the same. If I look to the inspiration behind the holiday, I'll always find a reason to celebrate, even if it is not in my personal tradition.
With the healing purpose of joining, we can see Light in everything! And so this class (which comes with some potentially demanding shapes for hips and legs) is designed to let the Light come through. Please be sure to pace yourself, and regardless of the demand of each shape, let the yoga come to you.
