In this class, we'll let the low back release in an inverted shape as we address everything else. Isn't that lovely? Gravity will help bring gentle, passive mobility to the lumbar spine as we address the hips, knees, feet, and arms. We use the bolster under the pelvis, BUT if you don't have a bolster (yet), then use a dense folded blanket. Have it ready before class. You only need a few inches of lift to support the back of the pelvis, NOT the low back. 

Materials: 1 Bolster, 1 Strap
